New Pick (Hot Stock) E-City Software (OTC: BB ECTY) last sale $0.230 at this time this company is nothing but a shell. But if you look at other shells recently they have had huge moves. Something is brewing here. (No target here, it is where the players take it.) Although Xcel does not believe that its activities come within the purview of Section 17(b) of the Securities Act of 1933, in an abundance of caution and in the interest of full disclosure, we call the reader's attention to the fact that Xcel has entered into a Business Consulting Agreement with NRRM and has options to purchase 4,000,000 shares at the following prices: 1,000,000 shares at $0.025 1,000,000 shares at $0.05, 1,000,000 shares at $0.075, and 1,000,000 shares at $0.10. Xcel has no position in RRUN but the principals of Xcel had a Business Consulting Agreement with RRUN and are long 1,700,000 restricted shares. Xcel currently has no position in ECTY.
