Russia is supposed to have 20 new cases of suspected SARS which don't appear to have been reported to WHO.

CDC update is slow again - last time it was so slow there was a big jump in cases.

SARS update from WHO 05/06/2003

who.int

6727 total cases
478 deaths
2826 recovered

If one contracts SARS you either recover or die;
therefore a more accurate calculation of the actual
death rate from this illness would be 'deaths' as a
percentage of 'deaths' plus 'recovereds' or ..

478/3304=14.46%

With 3423 still sick; this implies
another 494 potential deaths with
no new cases ..

Hope this is contained soon ..
