kenny is a hate PRESIDENT GEORGE W. BUSH firster. but I saw this and I emailed the author. To: LStasi@nypost.com, Dear Ms Linda Stasi. Yesterday I read your article in the Sunday version of the post. I was busy so I did not write immediately and later last night I wondered if the post was on line. Well it is and so I found your article. The link nypost.com. So I see you decided to make fun of the President by ridiculing the fact that he was wearing standard issue survival gear for his flight to board the USS Abraham Lincoln. And of course make the ridicule complete by make fun of the scouts. Well Ms Stasi l just wonder if you really think what you wrote is funny or cute or just said it because you had to write something. My seem to have issues with the president and issues with the scouts, The bid deal with the scouts is that they have a rule that does not allow homosexual's to be members. I think the collective liberal opinion on that is that it is insensitive at best and some kind of hate crime at worst. I just see it as the logic of the equal opportunity following of being morally straight. But the real focus of the scouts is teaching tolerance and respect. And tolerance and respect is about following all the rules, even when one is President. So by ridiculing the President for doing what every member of the military would do regardless of rank, you are in fact making fun of every rule, every caution, every warning that an commander issues or a parent issues or any leader issues. You are making fun of safety, making fun of planning and being prepared. I found the crop of the image presented very interesting. A similar image show the President with the rest of the crew. bulk.ath.cx So should the other members of the crew have forgone the standard issue survival gear? Ms Stasi I do wonder at kind of person would write in a public forum such complete disrespect, insult and ridicule of the simple idea of doing one's duty. And I hope the enlisted member of the Navy who took pride in making certain the flight suit to be used by the President was perfect and complete does not read your article. In fact I hope all of the thousands of members of the military who love and admire the President don't see your article. On the other hand I think everyone should see and such an example of fetid taste. And it's interesting that the image in the paper blocks out all vestige of the fact the President was on the Lincoln. Yes your customers likely don't have access to the internet. This is interesting... bulk.ath.cx I send this to all my friends.
