You Clinton Cultists are also in denial of "dire", which would certainly be a great description for the DISASTROUS Clinton/Rubin deflation which Bush is now fighting to stem-while Clinton/Rubin's party fights for a new Great Depression so they can, as Gephardt says, "win 40 House seats"...

Actually, your claim that the National Debt, was in surplus is incorrect. The National Debt was never a surplus during the Clinton Administration. Further, every year of the Clinton Administration, the level of the National Debt increased.
