fleurs ..

remaining to plant /
impatiens --- white, deep lavender, and vivid orange
begonias --- bronze leaf <red ones and pink ones>
caladiums --- white veined
hostas --- varigaited

have about ten flats left on the bedding plants --- 9 sixpacks in each flat
and
hundred or so each caladiums and hostas

Dan, last year, told me of his gazanias ...
ended up with several dozen, but they did not like it in NE Texas as they do for him in S Tx.

I did try some zinnias, also .... but am displeased with my results ... perhaps I water too much, but I like for my foliage to always be fresh and perky and lots of water does that for my yard ... bzg

the Mexican Heather I put out earlier is fabulous looking as they have bushed out to about foot round half spheres and are covered with many many many little lavender blossoms .... look very good ...

I edited out the heather description of balls and changed it to spheres to forstall any yankee comments about Texan half balls ....
