No terrorist bases are yet found in Iraq. No smoking gun found yet, other than some forged documents. No WMDs found in Iraq, either. No nothing. Bush increased the culture of terrorism by invading a state that had no threat whatsoever to US security. It was war without justification. It was a terrorist operation, because the US WANTED TO SEND A MESSAGE. Terrorists commit their crimes to send a message. There's no difference here, except the scale. Juniors action was on a grander scale than any other terrorist action ever committed.
