It means that the filter has a "95% efficiency". I have not yet been able to find the spec for that rating, but N95 is supposedly the minimal mask rating necessary to protect against SARS, TB, etc.

actually it is not for "mask" - it is for "respirator".

go to home depot, and the 3M respirators all have N95 rating. (the protection one would wear when doing jobs such as sanding, ...)

the mask is not an efficient way to prevent infection. N95 rated respirator is.

So far, so bad ... it looks as if the Primary Series has registered a top at today's high, and we are on our way to a relentlessly lower May. My trend thing also ended bearish, suggesting a lower opening tomorrow.
