We are seeing the result of the Bush harvest of the seeds of prosperity that Clinton sowed. Bush's buddies aren't content to pick the ripe fruit, they root up the whole field like pigs at a trough.

Bush is stupid enough to actually believe that the economy is based on tarrifs and tax cuts, but that is only the tale of those who whisper in his ear, and reap the rewards.
