we just had local elections in our 1200 home community. one of the upcoming agenda items is the refurbishment of the city's infrastructure. it is, comprehensively, at end of life. the minimum solution will cost each household an average of 500 per year, but probably more like 1000 to their prop tax bill. if it is not tranched correctly and interest rates boom in the process, you can imagine over the course of the coming years, that 500-1000 will easily double if not triple depending on the decisions made.

given all we know, just another sneaky unexpected hit to individual free cash flow.

as i have said before, there is no rule where inflation may raise its head. like squishing ketchup across a burger from the center out, its hard to control the edges <g>

the pincer forces are steadily moving in on citizen number one and will choke the life out of him. <ng>
