And it is also a complicated issue, one should keep in mind that the developed nations did transfer almost all of their "sunset" industry to developing countries.

What! Another cloud? First we had Harmattan cloud coming to America.

Now there's a 'discover' of a cloud over Asian oceans? Not to worry. Not to worry at all!! This cloud is there every year as the Asians burn the rubish straw from last years fields.

And they needed 200 scientists for this kind of discovery?
