I do think that it is bullish for the economy, though it can hurt equities.

-encourages spending on domestic goods (good for US econ)
-encourages foreign spending on US goods and services (good for US econ)
-discourages spending in France (just generally good)
-If there are anymore foreign investors in the US markets, they may redeploy their investments closer to home. (not necessarily bullish for equities immediately, but it does help to get valuations down to reasonable levels)

As far as exporting jobs, the weaker dollar makes paying foreign wages more expensive, not less.
