If we truly lived in a democracy, and not a proto-fascist state, Grant would be fired and the DJs would be playing the best of country music, whether it is by the Dixie Chicks, or by any of the half-baked patriots who wrap themselves in the flag and forget about what the true virtues of this country are. Who are patriots? They are not a degenerate gambler posing as a "Virtue Czar", like Bill Bennett. They are not a degenerate warrior like Don Rumsfeld who heartlessly and mindlessly scoffs at the loss of irreplaceable culture and antiquities in Iraq. They are not deserters like George Bush, posing as a flyboy in a "psyops" poser's photo op off the California coast, playing at Commander-In-Chief after a despicable AWOL stint in the Air National Guard where he shirked his duties in Viet Nam.
