There is, by definition, always early non-confirmations in play to keep the masses
from getting on the band wagon of a major trend change.

We still have inversions in 3 out of the 4 Rydex Bull Bear
Funds to show the high level of skepticism in this rally persists.

OTC/Arktos (the only non inversion) will never invert
until the end of the world as OTC had a 4 year head start
on Arktos to capture assets.

Gosh, it seems like only yesterday that everyone was burying the telecoms. Look at LU now- busting thru overhead resistance on mega volume. Gotta love it. <g>
