Your statements boil down to the fact that you have a different definition of "next generation" than AT&T does. As far as I know, it doesn't have some standards body's definition tied to it? (2G and 3G do, though) Are you really terribly worried about the "unknowing investor" basing their investment on PR alone, or consumers who fail to comparison shop, or even at least figure out what they're buying? Do you think those people are reading this?
