In Miami real estate appears to be booming- No crash as yet-despite all the dire predictions.

Maybe we have the NASDAQ at about 2800

Thanks for the market report, that's interesting. You live in a great area.

I was surprised to hear the strength of the market here, because I am seeing houses sit on the market much longer, price reductions, etc....maybe that is what is keeping it fueled, price reductions and low, low rates.

Anyone notice what the auto incentives have done to used car prices? They have plummeted.
