Joan, stock market is signaling big recovery, but 10 year note yield is still under 4%. It's a puzzle to me.

Joan, I have heard that the Japanese and Chinese governments are buying US paper, regardless of rate, to keep their currencies from moving up on the $. Maybe that tidbit is correct . . .
