What makes you say that? Seems to me that Iraq was more than willing, and a matter of a fact asked for it. They puffed out their chest and got the wind knocked out of 'em.

They didn't want to fight? I guess they should have complied with those UN resolutions then and handed over their WMD's instead of destroying or hiding them when we came to get them.
