Re reasons for CSCO's decline. Is it the:

1)expected decline in margin for q4 from 70.8% to between 68 and 70%

2)the book to bill of slightly less than 1

3)the comment about being poised for growth "whenver that may be"

4)US sales little better than expected

5)the flat quarter coming up

6)the retirement of the CFO

7) decline in cash

8)decline in cash flow

or

All of the above. :)
