victor, not true. we are talking macro economics. $300 to 1000 people is much better than $300k to one person. i think you'd agree a $300k tax cut is big.

the major benefit is that the 1000 people are much more likely to really spend their dough to stimulate the economy than the one guy who pockets $300k.
