They have 3 patents on Niaspan and 2 pending. I don't have any qualifications to discuss the quality of the patents.

They are working on a low flush Niaspan scheduled for 2007.
I don't know but my guess it uses the expanding material they licensed from Purdue Univ.

They are increasing the sales force. It should be up to 600 by year end.

It is true the first quarter results were inflated by the one time adjustment, but excluding this it was 8 cents which was a figure I was happy with.
