However ... ?? mispricing does occur? or However... a buck is a buck?? I am supposing that there would actually be an arbitrage to be had, which is doubtful as these markets are intensely watched... But say, like last week when I was on the phone with the broker and I asked about YXZ shares now at 47.50 and the 47.50 3 months out at 3.20, would that not be a good deal? If it moves up , you get the calls exercised, if it stays same you collect the premium, if it moves down you sell both the common and buy the call back , and it should be a lot cheaper as you move out of the money... Is it that easy?
