US$ 133,6 million for a Guggenheim Museum in Rio. Yes, that Rio de Janeiro that doesn't have money to fight drug crime.

That New York, Berlim, Bilbao, Veneza and Las Vegas, can do that kind of thing with their money, I don't doubt, but those guys down there surely knows how to watse money!!!
