Jay,

I've read your policy preference list. All I can say is that the world is a better place because this cruel and selfish master-of-the-universe wannabee isn't running everything. :)

BTW, if you think saving General Motors is the best and highest goal of humanity, I pity you. (Of course I realize you are projecting onto the vulgarians who run the U.S., badly)

Posing as the Iraqi-ubermensch Garner surrogate I must say, you missed out on educating yourself as to what really is of value in life.

Not all of our military men are so crude and colonial:

Some actually see the evil the U.S. has become.

All the best, Ray

add: Reform campaign financing to avoid corruption

Get rid of outdated anti-trusts laws made for the time of the Rober Barons that lost all meaning.

Tax cuts should be in line with cuts in government spending. Prime candidate: Defense budget cut by 50% would be a start.

Enlargement of NAFTA from Alaska to Tierra del Fuego to counter act Europe's enlargement.

excellent plan but why not back the new dollar with gold?

I view your plan as a 10 year program

Jay, your suggestions are sure revolutionary<g>, but I think the possible parts are limited to:

>>(a) Get rid of:
- Tax on capital gains
- Tax on interest and dividends<<

and these will be offset by cutting the existing education, Medicare, and Medicaid funding and other Fed. spending.

>>© Do the following
- Charge for overseas troop deployment, and bases on retainer, manday, and success fee basis<<

This seems a possible offer, although not many countries would like to pay. And some of them may just ask Yankees to leave.

>>- Stipulate transparent global tax via printing to the tune of 15% per year<<

And can you elaborate a little more on this, how does this work? thanks.
