According to WHO, not necessarily they are right, SARS patients are also immunosuppressed.

I think I posted somewhere that from the very beginning some Chinese scientists said coronavirus was not the only, may not even be the main virus for SARS symptom. and a HK scientist confirmed this. He tested 53 specimen from various HK SARS patients, and only 30 of them tested positive for coronavirus, but every single of them were tested positive for chlamydia bacteria. And that is why hundreds of SARS cases in mainland China were treated with antibiotics, and have a good results. Many of them would have been died if not because of antibiotics.

And keep in mind Canada also said only 40% of their SARS patients tested positive for coronavirus.
