actually, that's not true. he's always long-term bearish. he's gotten out of the way well during ramps the last few years

Ahh, at last, a test for the bulls. Something that makes them feel insecure as they endlessly bid up good and bad. What should happen?

Let's look at it through the filter of two stocks, Intel (NasdaqNM:INTC - News) and AMD (NYSE:AMD - News). I like Intel and think it works its way higher. I believe it could earn a dollar a share next year and it is cheap.
