This is my last post on the topic. If you want to pick it up do it in a different thread. Taking your word for lack of jail, it seems that if you are a devout Muslim woman, then you are denied education, and by extension rising in society, for your dress. And a student going to school is not considered participation in government function in most of the world. Perhaps the government should return them their tax portion for denying them the service they have already charged.
