I think you were interested in this several weeks ago. I just bought a Maxtor 7200 RPM, 120 G, USB 2.0 external drive from CompUSA for $149. I have shopped and waited and this was absolutely the best price I have found for a comparable drive anywhere, including ebay. I have noticed CompUSA advertises external drives every other week.
