No, they deliver oil sold in February now, and have record dollar revenues in May. Record surplus for oil-producing countries. Record trade deficit for the US. Thus, Mexico announcement that they will sell oil dollars in May. In June, the pressure on the dollar should ease somewhat. It's not the "rule", just something to note.

Basically, I see that the minimal requirement for the "wave C" rally on NDX has been reached Yesterday. Which means, we may fall from here below February lows, in a sharp fashion.
