Good grief. Do you realize what you are saying? One bureaucrat, Kerry, passes a very important warning letter to another cumbersome bureaucracy. Kerry knew full well that passing the letter was as good as filing it in the wastebasket. All Kerry had to do is sit back, think of how much he was making, think of how little work he has to do, read the warning about serious security lapses at Logan, and do something about it. The Sept 11th attacks could have been stopped.

Kerry is a good guy. He is probably blaming himself far worse than I could ever do.
