Don't know the current crew. I met w. two of top management of PROX a few years ago, and thought they were a bit dull and dependable, and had a chance to create and exploit a new niche for unlicensed broadband wireless , but they left a lot of opptys on the table, like everyone else, which frustrated me since it would have been cheap to stay the course and stay solvent.

Since then, unlike many other co's they've stayed solvent. Now the question is how they compete with specific products and accelerate into broadening 802.1X apps, like Vivato (which I'm starting to implement in my consulting business) which exploits the need for faster/better/cheaper/easier-to-manage zones. Vivato should be a barn-burner when it IPOs next year.

Their product announcements look promising. If they compete successfully against Vivato they'll have trouble keeping up w. demand, imo. In any case the general wireless tide is rising fast, so if they can avoid screwing it up they'll have a long way to run.
