Sure -- lets just tell everybody in all countries in the world that they are already on our list for future bombing missions and it is up to them to convince us that they are going to disarm themselves immediately and have no intentions to defend themselves - assuming they are all willing to surrender now we can dictate the terms of their surrender and save a little ammo. Its time to get even with the whole damn world. Fire when ready. Boy, I feel really safe now. Hardball is a lot more fun than I expected.
