false conclusion from a false assumption.

Are you saying sentiment doesn't follow price? Where was the public sentiment back at the peak? You think the public sentiment is bullish because a bunch of pros who are trying desperately to keep their jobs are saying buy stocks? Public sentiment is very low. Don't take my word for it, go out on the street and talk to people. I deal with them and their money fears daily, this is how I know.

Are you saying price has predictive ability? Does it predicts how the economy is going to do or how the market is going to do?
