"A TRUE head and shoulders pattern needs to have higher volume on the left shoulder and head than the right shoulder - in which this longer term pattern does not even come close in realizing this scenario.

The guy is correct in his comments on H&S volume, no?

So I guess he would discount the Inverse H&S that has formed over the past year as well. So the market won't go down due to the invalid H&S but it won't go up either because of the invalid inverse H&S <GGG>.
