First, the war was not preemptive.

That is a fact.

Iraq signed a cease fire agreement to the Gulf War. Part of
that agreement was for Iraq to completely disarm of all
offensive weapons. That included the Scud, Al-Samoud &
other offensive missiles that Iraq continued to build &
some were used in the war. The cease fire included all
WMD's & WMD programs as well. WMD's were still being
destroyed in 1998, years after the cease fire & when the UN
was thrown out, UN reports showed that there were still
ongoing WMD programs & unaccounted for WMD's.

That's a fact.

Iraq remained in violation of the cease fire agreement
until the US resumed hostilities last month.

That's a fact.

As for Resolution 1441, I have read it, unlike you. It is
clear about any additional material breeches. Iraq
committed several additional material breeches before
the "serious consequences" of Resolution 1441 occurred last
month.

I doubt you will now read resolution 1441 & the Gulf War
cease fire, learn about these facts & admit how wrong you
really are.

Me thinks the chances are ZERO.
