Yes, I threw in Scud intentionally. Please note that I said, "That included the Scud, Al-Samoud & other offensive missiles that Iraq continued to build & some were used in the war." Iraq used the Al-Samoud in the war. The scud's were still being built as late as 1998, long after the cease fire agreement from the Gulf War. The Scud & Al-Samoud were both offensive weapons & were sufficient reason to remove Saddam based on the cease fire agreement & all 17 UN Resolutions. Iraq continued to build Al_Samoud's even while they were slowly destroying a few up until the war began. But facts aren't exactly what you are interested in, is it? Well, unless they support your bash Bush parade, that is.
