Didn't have to tell Bush/Cheney/Powell, et al. They were well aware of it, plus 1441, plus Saddam's ongoing violations of the '91 ceasefire agreement. There are so many legal arguments that could and have been made for removing Saddam either collectively or unilaterally that your point is moot. poor brain dead vulgar anus, AKA J_F_Shepard. Several times saddam's criminals locked onto and fired upon American aircraft legally patrolling the no fly zones. I know stupid one, you don't consider someone firing at you with missiles and bullets as being attacked. You have a severe case of is ism. LOL....
