It doesn't say anything about how the Belgian court or law works. All it says is that there is a law in Belgian that allows this idiot lawyer to sue a brilliant U.S. Army General.

There is no information about the jurisdiction of the court, the make-up of the court, the past history of the court, the legal precepts that the court abides by, whether or not there is a jury, the kind of evidence that may be submitted, the rights of the defendant, evidentiary procedures and many other things that would explain the validity of this court.
