It seems that I deserve more than 12 hours for a sweeping prediction like that. I think you need to look up lie in a dictionary. You might find that it includes such things as saying (during a State of the Union address) that there is strong evidence that Iraq is buying uranium from Nigeria when the evidence was exposed, to Bush, as a forgery much earlier. That is a lie. A prediction about future feelings is an opinion.
