KT,

Nice one! Are you implying George Bush-I not only barfed on the Japanese Premier but also was responsible for the Nikkei crash ? The current airplane cycle recession is internally driven as BA's order book is more than 80% international carriers in 2003,2004. This is before SARS. With the US majors competing to who will be bankrupt first, they had no appetite for new planes. With close to 1700 perfectly fine airplanes in the desert and SARS it is even surprising the international carriers are buying new planes.
