Agreed.

As far as BT, it seems like a consumer oriented and understandable feature that could increase data subscriptions and handset sales. While Snaptrack and E911 features would likely be bigger in the long term, I don't know that there are any killer, loc-based services that they could unleash right now. I was just surprised at how people in Europe felt BT for Internet was really useful and helped consolidate their data bills.
