<Neutral Inspections> Boys usually practice how to quantify things at age 6 to 15, like comparing how many horsepowers, maximum acceleration,which team is better, etc,etc. Later on maybe why systems of justice have different levels, local level, higher levels and "supreme" levels, progressivelt farther and farther away from the nearest neighborhood and those involved and including more and more non-local individuals with more and more power. So how would you quantify the "neutrality" in terms of USA who started the war and those levels which are above USA and include increasingly more and more not directly in involved in the outcome ?? Very few legal systems are based on one part of the issue doing the investigation. One cultural aspect is that USA is fairly famous for its old culture of "dropsies", and for this specific issue, the track record is about as bad as it can, from alumnium tubes to lousily forged documents, some randomly ridiculous photographs, tapes wrongly translated and specifically cut to give the impression om "get rid of WMDs" when the actual context was "the word from radio communication". The funny thing with the last one was that USA specifically used the tape for what the context was about.. Plus that "thing" about "what to do with that vehicel". Btw, "spin" and "USA haters" are also USA invention, both as words and concepts. Same thing with those "personalized stories" (which usually should start by naming and describing 3-4 individuals to get the 101-propaganda going)
