He was an attorney, but now lives off Social Security, so I guess he wasn't very successful :-)

Jake, for the last time, I don't just SAY I am an attorney. I am an attorney admitted to the Bar in the State of Washington with Bar Association #4508. I have argued many appeals before the Washington State Supreme Court and Division 1 of the Court of Appeals. I have successfully tried many jury trials and non-jury trials as well as administrative hearings in my 42 years of practice.
