so ya think you're a good trader? can you match these results? (not directed at you KT, you're just the most recent post) i backtested a method that on every close of the dow would coin-toss to decide (a) long or short, (b) how much of a dip to long or pop to short, (c) how much profit to sell on, and (d) how long to wait until shutting down a losing trade. here are the results over the past 1500 trading days. i find them immensely amusing. 1500 Bars of Price Data were used in testing DJIA. .
