I'm a heinz fifty-seven, and just the other day i had a beer with vietnamese salal pickers, does that count -g- ... i edited that post, added one paragraph, by the way There was credibility in the story of those US documents, imho ... life is often complex, then when you mix in politics, wooo, you've got a zoo 'they have no the resentment as your guys talking about. I specifically said there was no 'long-standing antipathy' between the peoples ... but there was considerable warlordism, and for something like one thousand years there was a single chinese warlord dynasty ruling the vietnamese ... other periods too .... if i had time i'd type in a bit about where the viets beat off the mongols, the battle site later figured in the war against US occupation .... later, cheers ps - don't be so quick to take offense .... plenty of time for that, when occasion really does arise
