On another matter, old Earlie is starting to smile a bit as one of my tiny favourites, Mosaic Mapping (DEM on the CDNX) is starting to cook with gas. that thing is hard to acquire for those of us south of the border. my non-trading account is at harris direct. I called and asked them about getting canadian stocks. they said no problem but there was a $75 per trade surcharge. I said no problem and put in and order for 30,000 in each of two accounts at 1 cent above the offer. they gave me 7,000 and raised the ask 4 cents. the damn commission cost well over 10% of the trade. I said the hell with it and am just holding the 7,000.
