<<How could previous administrations to human beings not be 'formulated'?>> Based on some literature and EMIS patents research, unformulated is physical mix of the carrier and insulin (certain ratio), while formulated is microsphere where insulin is incorporated and coated with carrier. Problem is that they were talking about further formulation development (microsphere is hard to make and lots of waste, insulin and carrier), while IND indicate that they are at ground ZERO. So much about potent next candidate (formulation)??? Miljenko
