OHS/DOJ - Seattle/Chicago "Topoff II" Exercise Report -- Some may be aware of the Homeland Security training exercise which is about to take place. Here's an email that was forwarded to me by a local up in Seattle: <COPY> You know I haven't heard a damn thing about it here. Of course I gave up on the local news a long time ago. You won't believe this...After your show I pulled up a Google search on Topoff 2. An AP newswire dated May 6th that detailed Tom Ridge's psychotic little plan for us here in Seattle. I was outraged! I live about ten blocks from the old brewery off I-5 that they're talking about using for this stunt. It used to be the historic Rainier Brewery now it's Tully's Coffee HQ. I've been driving by this site for months, across the street from the Tully's HQ was another huge old Rainier Brewery Building, it took up 3 city blocks. They demolished it, moonscaped it, nothing but dry dirt, flat as a pancake and fenced the whole site in. Over time I started seeing these strange, eery dwellings popping up. Single story fake front buildings like some post apocolyptic Hollywood set complete with broken down metro buses scattered about for dramatic effect. Actually that's what I thought it was, a movie set. If this is a serious "test" why would the site be so visible? Why so elaborately staged? Do they really need such a scary set to work off of? Or is this a not so subtle message for what they have in store for us if we get out of line...And people call me paranoid. <END COPY> dhs.gov ak-prepared.com
