Yup, i think interest rate is the only thing that sustaining lofty price of r/e.
(and yes, have to considers fast population increase in Ca.)

Still, our house price more than doubled in just 6 years...unreal.
You can't find a house or even a hut that is under $500K around here.
can't complaint, but can't get rid of feeling that the bubbles about to bust, just like back in 89-90s r/e peak.

really? everyone is a real estate agent in San Diego? what exactly does it mean? That's eerily similar to Japan's late 1980s when every housewife was doing some kind of real estate and every person was trading stocks.
