e-commerce is going to get taxed and options expensed. That is the reality even though tech execs have been fighting these battles for years.

At this point though, I think these 2 issues are acting kindof like "unknowns" that are actually depressing tech stocks. Especially the options issue needs to get resolved and if options need to be expensed lots of stocks will rally esp Cisco which is held back purely for this issue. Too bad for the long term at cisco but for short term the stock will go up with expensing. Internet tax same thing I think. The risk is overstated to amzn and others.
