But at least it appears that the company is able to put together an "ANDA" that looks OK to the eyes at the FDA. Spectrum have put a lot of faith into their ability to develop the generic business side of Spectrum. As a way to generate funds for the oncology business. It remains however to be seen if it is enough to have a low-cost Indian supplier to make a dent in this (I suppose) extremely competitive market. A lot will depend (guessing again) how successful they are in setting up distribution and sales arrangements. The acceptance will trigger the first part of a 1 mUSD investment in Spectrum. Although it will only be for 250 kUSD. It might have meant something, if it hadn't been for yesterday's equity issue. And speaking of the new funds that found its way into the company yesterday. That should be enough to avoid the delisting from Nasdaq Small Cap. Market (the final insult). In summary: Raj continues to advance his little company along the road to financial health and perhaps eventually also to prosperity. Erik
